“Splash” Page

Daily “Push Notification”
This once-per-day broadcast message is seen by all attendees who have installed the app and enabled push notifications.   This marketing service can be purchased for $500 per day.  Consider this opportunity if you would like to:

  • Announce your company sponsored “Happy Hour” or “Dinner”
  • Draw people to your booth with the promise of a prize
  • Announce short term promotions of products for the next few hours for attendees who visit your booth, etc.



InnEdCo Conference Keynote 
You will be given 5 minutes to talk about how your solution supports innovative education to a majority of our attendees (usually 800+) before the keynote address delivered by Dr. Yong Zhao this summer.   Your organization’s logo will also be added to the slides of the presentation prior to the keynote presentation. (TAKEN)

InnEdCo Party (TAKEN)
You will be given 5 minutes to speak to the conference attendees on stage and your banner displayed during the party. The live band will get everyone energized and ready to go, before you take the stage to talk about your product/service.

Presenter Party
You will be given 5 minutes to talk about your products to the InnEdCo presenters and have your banner prominently displayed, while the presenters sit back and have hors d’oeuvres and drinks provided by InnEdCo. (TAKEN)

We will stuff all attendee bags with your company’s advertising material.

Leadership Academy Keynote
You will be given 5 minutes to talk about your product to educational leaders from across the state before our keynote speaker takes the stage.

Leadership Academy Lunch (TAKEN)
Your banner will be prominently displayed in the lunch buffet, and you will be given 5 minutes to talk during lunch to educational leaders.

Leadership Academy Cocktail Party (TAKEN)

You will be given time to talk to education leaders. InnEdCo will provide the venue and the first 100 drink tickets for attendees along with a continuing cash bar. As the host, you are welcome to extend more drink tickets and/or appetizers to attendees using your own additional funds.

An “Exhibit Hall Game Card” will be included in the conference bag.  Attendees will collect stamps from at least 15 exhibitors in the Exhibition Hall in order to be entered in the final prize drawing. We will be providing each exhibit booth with a stamp to mark participant game cards.

We have contracted with Zerista to bring our exhibitors and attendees closer together using Zerista’s mobile app.  Download our InnEdCo 2014 app via the Apple and Android stores so you are ready to retrieve leads at the conference.  There is a $200 cost for this service.  Click here to order your lead retrieval AFTER you have registered for the Conference.  If you have any questions or have problems ordering the lead retrieval service, please email support@zerista.com.

Cancellation Policy
If for any reason your company is unable to attend the conference, a partial refund of 75% will be made to you if the cancellation occurs before the April 1, 2014 deadline.

After the April 1, 2014 deadline, all payments made to InnEdCo are forfeited.
