As you may know, our not for profit organization sponsors and presents the premier state-wide educational technology conference each summer in Copper Mountain, CO. Our attendees include teachers, teacher librarians, educational leaders, administrators, school board members and superintendents from Colorado and the Rocky Mountain region.
It is funding from our sponsors/exhibitors that has enabled us to provide the high quality experience our participants have come to expect for the last 26 years.
This year the conference will run from Mon. June 17th – Thurs. June 20th with the Leadership Academy taking place on Mon. June 17th! Our sponsors will be exhibiting on Wednesday, June 19th from 7 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. (with a break for dinner from 5-7 PM) and Thursday from 7 a.m. – 11 a.m. Please note that you don’t have to attend or exhibit at our event to sponsor the conference. You can choose to participate simply via ad space on our website or on just in our printed publication which will be a trifold pullout again this year. Details about all sponsorship opportunities are found in registration form! Note that non-profit organizations receive a discount on sponsorship fees.

VENDOR SPONSORED SESSIONS
We have a limited number of spaces for companies who would like to showcase their product in a 1-hour session. These sessions will be a part of the general conference schedule and held standard conference session rooms. The cost is $2,500 per 1-hour session. See registration form for details.
In an effort to significantly reduce our organization’s carbon footprint, the session schedule will be provided in digital format again this year. We will, however, be providing the conference schedule as well as other pertinent information in a printed tri-fold publication which will be printed and distributed to all participants as a quick reference guide. If you would like to advertise on this printed trifold pullout, please attach your logo with mantra of at least 300 pixels per inch (in CMYK for press quality reproduction in high resolution PDF) to your digital registration form when prompted.
This day-long pre-conference event will take place on Monday, June 17th from 8-4 PM. This event has been historically marketed to, and continues to attract, school and district leaders along with their hand picked teams of educators who have decision-making responsibilities and purchasing power. The Leadership Academy is a great opportunity for you to network with potential customers via a lunch sponsorship, a keynote sponsorship or a cocktail party at the end of the day.
