The 14th annual TIE Conference, which took place in Snowmass, Colorado, June 24 - 27, 2000, modeled the use of technology integration into the classroom. Highlights included over 200 Hands-On Workshops & Conference Sessions, 300 iMac and 150 Pentium class computers with over 200 connected to the Internet, national exhibitors, TIE Bookstore and Software Swap Shop, open access Internet lab, a live TIE Web Site, the unique Cybercafe and one of the greatest parties around. Dr. David Thornburg was the keynote speaker on Sunday evening June 25th. The full four day package was $295 or the two day conference was $200. Both conference packages included daily lunches, the keynote banquet and the party. (NOTE: TIE accepts District and Personal Checks, Money Orders and Credit Cards for payment.
