Booth Location, Pricing and Deadlines

We have a 20,000 square foot tent with a hard floor being set up for our Exhibit Hall! The Exhibitor Hall is also being moved over to the slope-side area next to the Copper Conference Center, which will give the TIE attendees more access to the exhibitors! There will also be room for more exhibitors as well as the booths will be 10X10 this year! We are very excited to be able to offer this new venue for our exhibitors! In addition we will be giving the exhibitors the same material as we give the attendees. Each paid booth will include two (2) lunch tickets for Tuesday and Wednesday. No additional lunch tickets will be available this year but you can receive the same price that TIE pays at Copper restaurants.

The TIE Exhibit Hall is one of the biggest draws, certainly one of the highest traffic areas of the conference. The Hall is a great place for teachers, technology coordinators, principals and district administrators to see your products, place a company representative’s face to the voice and learn about new product features. Many of the purchases that Colorado districts make in the new fiscal year that starts eight days after the conference ends (July 1st) are the result of TIE experiences. Booths in the TIE Exhibit Hall are priced as follows:

Our EXHIBITOR GALA will be on Wednesday evening from 7:00pm – 9:00pm. This 2-hour presentation time slot will be exclusively for TIE Exhibitors to share their products with our TIE attendees. Many of our previous exhibitors have praised this event as the best part of their sales experience at the TIE Conference.

Promotional Opportunities and Giveaways

All exhibitors are encouraged to donate merchandise for giveaways at the TIE Party and the closing session. The level of success an organization experiences at TIE goes well beyond the rental of exhibit space. Our most successful exhibitors work closely with the TIE Board to provide the much-needed extras that make the TIE Conference a success. The promotional opportunities range from conference gear (pens, tote-bags, notebooks, technology equipment etc.) to sponsoring conference activities (Presenter Party, Exhibit Hall Open House, etc.). Each designed to enhance your exposure and visibility to your target market of TIE attendees. Use Marketing and Promotional Opportunities to support your marketing communications strategy, enhance your presence at TIE and ensure your message reaches the largest percentage of TIE’s teacher, technology coordinator and school/district administration audience.

Corporations participating through these opportunities will be eligible for their corporation name/logo placed in conference registration material and conference program.

Conference Presentations; NEW Exhibitor Spotlight Sessions!
Presentations on education methods and technology products are what TIE is all about. Eighty percent of TIE presentations are from educators sharing their successes from classroom experiences. Twenty percent of the presentations are from exhibitors teaching users how to use their product or introducing new technologies that will improve education.  We are introducing a special Exhibitor spotlight sessions that is open to all exhibitors. Location will be determined before the conference. Exhibitors will be able to sign up for sessions from 15 min to 60 min. More information will be posted on the web soon!
