Attendees

If a registrant is unable to attend, TIE must receive a written request by June 10, 2008 to receive a full refund, less a $25 processing fee. Refunds will not be given to registrants who fail to attend or do not cancel by June 10, 2008. All refunds will be processed 30 days after the conference. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. No refunds will be given on-site.

If you are unable to attend, you may substitute another individual in your place at no extra charge. Requests for registration exchanges must be made no later than 5 working days before the conference. No registration exchanges will be made at the conference.
